Family of contractor sues city of Austin

The family of 48-year-old Army Veteran Lonnie Deary plans to sue the city of Austin. He was cleaning out a grease trap at Austin-Berstrom International Airport the morning of April 10th when he was overcome by toxic gases. Deary passed out and fell deep into the vault where he suffocated.
